Community-led curation.

The items you see on our marketplace are a direct reflection of our community's desires. From the very beginning, we have used polls on X and Telegram to allow our members to vote on everything, from the next Rolex model to entirely new product categories like jewelry and handbags. This is not a gimmick; it is our core curation strategy.

A culture of open dialogue.

We maintain a direct and constant line of communication with our members. This is achieved through:

  • Regular "Ask Me Anything" (AMA) sessions: Where the core team discusses project developments and answers questions directly.
  • Active Telegram channels: We have dedicated community managers for our French and International channels (managed by Tom and Mohamed, respectively) whose role is to listen, gather feedback, and ensure the community's voice is heard by the development team.
  • Surveys: We regularly solicit detailed opinions on new features and the overall platform experience to guide our roadmap.

An active on-platform ecosystem.

This engagement translates directly to on-chain activity. Our raffles regularly see high participation rates (10-50 participants per item on average), and the secondary market provides a vibrant peer-to-peer trading environment. Future features, such as on-platform chat, will only deepen this in-app social ecosystem, bringing more of the conversation directly onto Artrade.
